I'm an EdTech Specialist in Los Angeles with a background in English from Pepperdine. For the last five years I've led the complete software intake lifecycle for a 2,000-person organization — vendor selection, implementation, training, and optimization.
My strength is taking a messy process, mapping it into the right tool (Airtable, custom code, or an off-the-shelf platform), training people to actually use it, and measuring whether it worked.
I'm bilingual (English + Korean) and currently exploring product, solutions, and customer success roles at product-led companies where systems-building is the job.
