For the last five years I've driven technology adoption across a 2,000-person organization: implementing new tools, training the people who use them, and building the automations that keep day-to-day workflows running. My background is in English (Pepperdine), and I'm based in Los Angeles.
My strength is taking a messy process, mapping it into the right tool (Airtable, custom code, or an off-the-shelf platform), training people to actually use it, and measuring whether it worked.
I'm bilingual (English + Korean), and the work I keep coming back to is systems-building: taking a messy operational problem and turning it into something people rely on.
